Our approach is patient and non-alienating. We will not saturate you with information that is not useful in real world applications as an end-user. We train on a Microsoft Windows® platform. We also teach groups and classes on a setup basis. Most people by now have heard of the Internet, but many do not know how to use it to their advantage most effectively and some have no idea on how to use it at all. Onyxsphere has all bases covered. We teach the fundamental concepts such as learning how to choose an Internet service provider, surfing, sending and receiving email, chatting, bookmarking and much more. Even if you do not know what this all means you will have an understanding after our training. We also train on differnt computer software from beginner levels to advanced.
